Telephony usage (passed through at cost)

Call minutes and SMS messages are charged by our telephony provider (Twilio). These are passed through to you at cost with no markup. Approximate charges below.

What counts as a "qualified lead"?

We only charge a lead fee when all of the following have been captured during the call:

Disputes

If you believe a lead was charged incorrectly, contact us at support@dlxsolutions.co.uk within 14 days. You have access to call recordings (where available) to verify. We will investigate and resolve disputes within 5 working days.

Pricing questions answered

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No. DLX SOLUTIONS GROUP LIMITED is not currently VAT registered. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. If we become VAT registered in future, existing clients will be given 30 days' notice.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Commission plan clients can cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice. Hybrid plan clients can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding lead fees remain payable on cancellation.

What if I dispute a lead charge?

Contact us within 14 days. You can listen to the call recording to verify. We'll investigate and resolve within 5 working days. Call recordings are retained for 60 days.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. We operate on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum term commitment.

How are usage charges billed?

Usage charges are invoiced monthly in arrears alongside any lead fees. Exact charges depend on your call volume and will be itemised on your invoice.
